Why ?

Why do people keep on writing blogs,updating them...when,given the quantum of blogs available on net they might be hardly read.
I think its more about expressing oneself on a public than being read or appreciated or anything else.
Also the medium on which these views are expressed is probably the least controlled one with least amount of policing and restriction and FREE !!!
So next time when you see a blog and comes up with a question-Why ? Do remember its someting less mundane.
